To ensure accuracy, we require three files for each numbered ticket job: a print-ready PDF file, an Excel file containing the list of numbers to be printed on the tickets, and a dummy version of the artwork showing the exact placement of the numbers. Upon receiving your order, we will provide a low-resolution PDF proof via email for your approval. We want to ensure that the design, layout, and numbering are precisely as you envisioned. Production will commence once we receive your written approval. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your proof for approval. Proofs approved after 1 PM EST will enter production on the following business day, allowing us to maintain a streamlined workflow.
